1. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to or using DirectConnect services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including subscribers, guests, and visitors.
2. Service Description
DirectConnect provides internet-based streaming services that deliver live television, movies, and on-demand content to compatible devices. The service requires an active internet connection and compatible hardware.
3. Account Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to subscribe. By using the service, you represent that all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate, and that you will maintain the accuracy of such information.
4. Subscription & Payments
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan. A one-time activation fee of $50 is required for all new accounts. All payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You may use DirectConnect for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not share your account credentials with others, resell access, use automated tools to access the service, or use the service in any way that violates applicable laws. Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All content delivered through DirectConnect is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without prior written consent.
7. Service Availability
DirectConnect strives for 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for service interruptions.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DirectConnect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 30 days.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
